Will the Public Hearing on the proposed new <br /> Cost of Power Adjustment Clause please come to order? The notice of this <br /> public hearing was published in the Hawaii Tribune-Herald and in the West <br /> Hawai'i Today on February 28th and March 2nd, 2010,respectively. <br /> Good morning. My name is Dwayne Mukai. I'm the Chairperson of the Water <br /> Board, and I'll have our Board Members to introduce themselves. I'm going to <br /> bypass the Staff here. <br /> The Department of Water Supply is operated and controlled by the Water Board <br /> as provided by the Hawaii County Charter.
