The Water Board, under the hearing and advertising provisions, Chapters 54, Part III, and 91-3 of the <br /> Hawaii Revised Statutes, did publish public hearing notices in the Hawaii Tribune Herald and in the <br /> West Hawaii Today on June 25 and 27, 2004. <br /> We are here this morning to accept statements from the public on the proposed amendments to the <br /> Rules and Regulations. Anybody want to come forward and make a statement? Nobody. <br /> G. WILKINS: If you do this in Kona, and you'll have a lot of response. <br /> P. HONS: Notice we're not in Kona. <br /> G.
