Persons who need special <br />accommodations for this meeting should call 323-4264 by August 9 <br />call 711-323-4264 to contact our office. <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to HawaiÒi Revised Statutes £ 92-3.5, the HawaiÒi County <br />Redistricting Commission will be conducting its August 11, 2011 meeting via videoconference. <br /> <br />Public Attendance via Videoconference: Videoconferencing is available at the following locations: <br /> <br />Kona Council Office, West HawaiÒi Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohoklole Highway, Building A <br />Waimea Council Office, Holomua Center, 64-1067 Mmalahoa Highway, Suite 5 <br /> <br /> <br />If for technical or other unanticipated circumstances the video connection cannot be made and/or <br />is disrupted, the scheduled meeting will continue. <br /> <br />Submitting Testimony: Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission <br />fourteen (14) <br />Secretary. Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring copies <br />for distribution.
