I understand from Ms. Eoff you will be providing <br />those numbers to Esri for extraction on Monday, August 8, 2011. <br />For your information, the Redistricting Commission has established, pursuant to Hawaii County <br />Code, that the Alternate Plan Deadline is September 1, 2011. That being the case, we trust that <br />the extraction process will be completed no later than August 11, 2011, the date on which the <br />Hawaii County Redistricting Commission is scheduled to meet. <br />Please advise Commission Secretary, Ms. Eoff with the name of the Esri representative to whom <br />the Commission may contact for any questions regarding the extraction.
