That the Hawai'i County Civil Defense Agency shall be the lead agency, with <br /> the cooperation of the County of Hawai'i Department of Planning, County of <br /> Hawai'i Department of Public Works and County of Hawai'i Data Systems <br /> Department, to further develop and implement the County of Hawai'i Hazard <br /> Mitigation Plan. The Hawai'i County Civil Defense Agency shall further <br /> ensure coordination of government and community input into the plan. <br /> 2.
