Facilities that rank <br /> high based on the HAZUS analysis are to be designated for more detailed evaluation <br /> and development of recommended mitigation procedures. <br /> • Select two groups of buildings from the list with the highest economic and functional <br /> vulnerabilities for detailed engineering study and Benefit Cost Analysis of retrofits. <br /> 2-5 Hawaii County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan <br />
