APPEAL <br />If the request for accommodation is denied, an individual <br />may file a complaint under the Anti -Discrimination and <br />Harassment Procedure within the involved department. <br />Individuals may also file a complaint with the Equal <br />Opportunity Officer under the Anti -Discrimination and <br />Harassment Procedure. <br />2. Individuals who are dissatisfied with the County's decision <br />regarding a reasonable accommodation may also file <br />complaints with the Hawai'i Civil Rights Commission and the <br />U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Individuals <br />are responsible to contact those agencies for information <br />regarding their criteria for filing complaints. <br />
