The Action Committee will continue the review and <br />discussion and will take action and make recommendations to the Planning <br />Director regarding the draft Village Design Guidelines as calibrated by <br />PlaceMakers, LLC. Copy of the Village Guidelines can be found at the Hilo and <br />Kona Planning Department as well as on-line at <br />http://www.hawaiicountycdp.info/north-and-south-kona-cdp/working-on-village- <br />design-guidelines <br /> <br />Financial Plan. <br />2. The Action Committee will continue to review and discuss the <br />Draft Report of the Public Facilities Finance Plan by Dave Freudenberger <br />(Goodwin) and will make recommendations to the Planning Director regarding <br />the draft report.
