KAPULENA AGRICULTURAL PARK <br />FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br />and 4 -7- 006:020. Pursuant to the criteria and procedures relating to pre- existing lots set forth in <br />the Subdivision Code, Article 11 (Hawai'i County Code section 23 -117 through 23 -120), the <br />County of Hawaii Planning Department determined that there 32 pre- existing lots of record <br />within these 10 parcels (see table below and Appendix A). This determination enables a <br />consolidation and resubdivision of the Kapulena Lands into 32 lots without meeting the <br />minimum lot size or infrastructure improvement requirements of the zoning and subdivision <br />codes (Hawai'i County Code § §25 -2 -11 and 23 -7). <br />Table 1.
