The notes,which mature in September 2029,are repayable in monthly <br /> installments of$7,826 including interest and are collateralized by substantially all of the <br /> project's property and equipment. Although the stated annual rate of interest on the notes is <br /> 9%,such rate is reduced to 7%for as long as the Project has a U.S.Department of Housing <br /> -69- <br />
