The liability at June 30,2007 for workers' compensation claims of$202,000 <br /> was estimated based on a combination of case-by-case review and the application of historical <br /> experience to outstanding claims. <br /> Construction contracts—The Department is obligated under construction contracts for the <br /> utility plant and other projects.
