COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> STANDARDIZATION COMMITTEE <br /> Minutes <br /> Wednesday,October 15,2003 <br /> Hilo,Hawaii <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The Standardization Committee meeting was called to order by William Takaba,Director of Finance,at 1:34 <br /> p.m. <br /> ATTENDANCE <br /> In attendance were the following committee members and staff: <br /> William Takaba,Director of Finance <br /> Lincoln Ashida,Corporation Counsel <br /> Ronald Takahashi,Deputy Director,Public Works <br /> Charles Chai, Assistant Chief,Police Department <br /> Bill Gray,Purchasing Agent,Finance Department <br /> Guillerma Sumcra,Finance Department <br /> Patricia Engelhard,Director,Parks and Recreation,was absent and excused. <br /> The following department and agency representatives were also in attendance: <br /> Chief Darryl Oliveira,Fire Department <br /> Captain Quince Mento,Fire Department <br /> Private Secretary Laurie Kaneta,Fire Department <br /> MINUTES OF JUNE 12,2003 MEETING <br /> It was moved by Ronald Takahashi and seconded by Charles Chai to approve the minutes of June 12,2003. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> There was no one from the public in attendance. <br />
