(7) The taximeter installed is sealed and has a current certificate of inspection by the <br /> State Division of Measurement Standards. <br /> (b) The Director shall indicate compliance with or violations of these requirements on an <br /> inspection form supplied to the applicant by the Director. <br /> Rule 17.6 Severability. <br /> If any provision of these rules or the applicability thereof should be held invalid for any <br /> reason, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications which can be given effect <br /> without the invalid provisions or applications and to this end these rules are declared to be <br /> severable. <br /> Rule 17.16 Effective date. <br /> This rule shall become effective ten days after filing with the County Clerk. <br />
