COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 337 DRAFT 2 <br />ORDINANCE NO. ®G 1.415 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY <br />CODE 1983 (2005 edition), RELATING TO EXCEPTIONAL TREES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 14, Article 10, Section 14 -65, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition) <br />is amended by adding a tree to the existing list of exceptional trees, as follows, and numbered <br />accordingly: <br />Section 14 -65. Designated exceptional trees. <br />The following tree is designated as an "Exceptional Trees" of the County of Hawaii: <br />Tree Tax Map Key and Location Owner <br />Brazilian Fern Tree 7 -5 -1:114 Gwendolyn C. Hobbs <br />Schizolobium parah b Moeauoa 1, North Kona <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br />printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity <br />shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 4.
