Chapter 14, article 10, section 14 -65, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition) <br />is amended by adding a tree to the existing list of exceptional trees, as follows, and numbered <br />accordingly: <br />Section 14 -65. Designated exceptional trees. <br />The following tree is designated as an "Exceptional Trees" of the County of Hawaii: <br />Tree Tax Map Key and Location Owner <br />Moreton Bay Fig 7 -5 -6:12 Burgess, Inc. <br />Ficus macrophylla Portion of Kailua Village, North Kona <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing <br />this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity <br />shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 4.
