Water supply faucets or valves shall be provided with <br />approved Flow control devices which limit flow to a maximum <br />three gallons per minute; provided that shower heads and kitchen <br />faucets shall be provided with approved flow control devices <br />which limit flow to a maximum of two and one -half (2.5) gallons <br />per minute at eighty (80) psi and lavatory faucets shall be provided <br />with such flow control devices which limit flow to a maximum of <br />two and one -half (2.5) gallons per minute at eighty (80) psi. <br />15 <br />
