COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 87 _ <br />CT F36 (Draft 2) <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE <br />1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24 -271, schedule 19 <br />(Prohibited left turn areas), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 <br />edition, as amended), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered <br />and to read as follows: <br />Route 180 at Route 11, for south bound motorists between the hours of <br />3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday extent holidays. <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. <br />In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be <br />included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br />person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
