Pung moved to approve the agenda as submitted. N. Kelly seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />N. Kelly moved to approve the June 15, 2011 minutes. K. Peters seconded the motion. <br />The motion was passed. <br /> <br />TREASURER’S REPORT <br />The treasurer’s reports were circulated. <br /> <br />N. Kelly reviewed last fiscal year and this year’s treasurer’s reports. Last fiscal year’s <br />report reflected a balance of $142.65. The current fiscal year shows a budget of <br />$10,360 with an expenditure of $150 for the rental fee for the Ladies Night Out event at <br />the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium in September. <br /> <br />D.
