Persons who need special <br />accommodations for this meeting should call 323-4264 by Septembe <br />call 711-323-4264 to contact our office. <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to HawaiÒi Revised Statutes £92-3.5, the HawaiÒi County <br />Redistricting Commission will be conducting its September 9, 2011 meeting via videoconference. <br />Commission Members will be present at the following locations: <br /> <br />County Council Room, HawaiÒi County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, <br />Kona Council Office, West HawaiÒi Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohlole Highway, Building A. <br />Public Attendance via Videoconference <br /> is available at the above locations and at the Waimea <br />Council Office, Holomua Center, 64-1067 Mmalahoa Highway, Suite 5, until 4:30 p.m. or later in the <br />event that public witness testimony has not been completed. If for technical or other unanticipated <br />circumstances the audio stream between Hilo <br />and Kona is lost for more than a short period of time, the <br />meeting will be terminated. <br /> <br />If for technical or other unanticipated circumstances the audio stream between Hilo Waimea and Kona <br />is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will b <br /> <br />Submitting Testimony <br />: <br /> Those wishing to testify in person must register with the Commission <br />fourteen (14) <br />Secretary. Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring copies for <br />distribution. Testimony may also be submitted: (1) by mail to Karen Eoff, County Council Office, <br />West HawaiÒi Civic Center Building A, 74-5044 Ane Keohoklole Highway, Kailua-Kona HawaiÒi <br />Please submit <br />96740; (2) by facsimile to (808) 329-4786; or (3) by e-mail to keoff@co.hawaii.hi.us. <br />separate testimony for each item <br />. Copies will be distributed at the meeting only if they are received <br />before 12:00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting <br />. All oral and written testimony will be <br />made a part of the public record. <br /> <br />
