As soon as they have decided, please email me <br />and call me to let me know their decision. Tomorrow (Sep 9) I will be on Lanai <br />for the State Commission Public Hearing (flight over is at 11:25 am) and <br />assuming I can get a good internet connection, I’ll be able to post the new <br />template from there. If for some reason I cannot connect on Lanai, I’ll be back on <br />Oahu that evening (flight back is at 7:10 pm) where I will have a good internet <br />connection. So the new template will be up by Friday night at the latest. I will <br />email and call you as soon as it is ready. <br />Additionally, Commissioners, staff and the public, who have used Hawaii <br />Redistricting Online to create plans using the old PL 94-171 base, will be able to <br />use the steps described in the attached document to migrate their plans over to <br />the new population base. <br />Thanks, Royce. <br />Royce A.
