7 -3 COPIES OF PUBLIC RECORDS <br />Copies of public records printed or reproduced for persons other than governmental agencies <br />shall be given to any person provided the applicable fees or costs for publication, research, and <br />postage are paid. <br />7 -4 DENIAL OF INSPECTION <br />Any person aggrieved by the denial by the officer having custody of any public record of the <br />right to inspect the record or to obtain copies of extracts thereof may seek enforcement action <br />pursuant to HRS Chapter 92. <br />- 8 - (Revised 3129110) <br />
