Public Access, Open Space and Natural Resources Preservation Commission <br />2008 Annual Report to the Mayor <br />December 31, 2008 <br />Introduction <br />Pursuant to Section 2-218(a) of the Hawaii County Code, the County Council in 2008 <br />passed Resolution Nos. 616-08 and 644-08 authorizing the acquisitions of the properties at <br />PaVo and Kaiholena that were on the 2007 Prioritized List.
