The federal Recovery Land Acquisition (RLA) grant was reduced <br />from 1 million to 507,000.00 so instead of getting 2.5 million in grant mo <br />The amount from the 2% Fund to acquire Kw would now be about 1.9 million. The title looks good <br />an indemnity agreement in place with the landowner. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />- 8 - <br /> <br />
