MR. MIDDLESWORTH: Yes it is. CHR. SIRACUSA: Royce won't do those extractions until after Karen calls him and tells him what we voted on. So those extractions aren't done yet; that's why you can't get it up. MR. UDOVIC: Madam Chair, if you just want to take a five minute recess, and give Karen a chance to call Royce, we could probably do that. MR. MELROSE: Let's just keep going. MR. CARVALHO: Mike, I think I have the same problem. I was extracting according to the directions, and I got to about the middle of it, and when I was creating the "export" I got hung up. Is that what happened to you? MR. MIDDLESWORTH: Yes, the same thing happened to me. Somewhere in there something gets hung up. MR. CARVALHO: Okay, at least now Royce is going to do it for us. CHR. SIRACUSA: So, Karen is in the process right now of calling Royce to let him know our decision and then he will have that all corrected and in the software by tomorrow. COMM. 37: DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF DRAFT PLAN From Commission Chair Rene Siracusa, dated September 1, 2011, requesting discussion on the deadline for submission of a Draft Redistricting Plan. CHR. SIRACUSA: Obviously we can't do this until after we've had all those public hearings and heard what everybody has to say. Did we all bring our calendars? MR. MIDDLESWORTH: That is not close even, Rene. We have to have a deadline for submission of Draft Plans so we can then decide which plans we are going to take to the public hearings. CHR.
