vi5ionKeeper Kepre5entation: <br />The 19 person membership includes a broad cross - section of the community with varying points <br />of view — Lead Solution Partners, Government, Community, Downtown Property Owners, <br />Business Owners, and the Hilo Downtown Improvement Association. <br />Currently, there are 4 Ex- officio positions: <br />• Planning Department Liaison <br />• Research & Development (HCRC) Liaison <br />• Community Planning Assistant <br />• Recorder <br />Keq Accomplishment: <br />e <br />Organizational Structure <br />During the first year and a half, the EDH 2025 VisionKeepers spent a considerable amount of <br />time organizing themselves. The VisionKeepers developed a functional and sustainable structure <br />under which they operate.
