MR. KANUHA: Are there any other comments on this plan? I think we have heard the <br />reasons enough to not keep this plan. <br />Mr. Middlesworth moved to reject Plan _24, <br />because it doesn't meet the contiguous test. <br />Seconded by Ms. Poindexter and carried by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carvalho, Kahawaiola` a, <br />Kahui, Kanuha, Melrose, Middlesworth, <br />Poindexter, and Chair Siracusa. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioner Ugalde. <br />Review and Discuss Plan 25 <br />MR. KANUHA: Personally for me, just looking at District 9, it is crazy. Also, District 1 <br />wraps around. It seems like the same plan, just changed a little bit in District 8 and 9. <br />CHR. SIRACUSA: I was really concerned about the district statistics. We are missing a <br />whole column of numbers. There is a blank column. <br />MR. MIDDLESWORTH: Shyla can pick that up. There is a key up there that you can <br />click on and it will show it. <br />MR.
