KANUHA: Moving on to Plan-32. <br />CHR. SIRACUSA: This one looks very similar, but there is some difference in some of the <br />numbers. <br />MR. MELROSE: The differences are really that they expanded the small urban districts and <br />included Na` alehu with the Kona District 6.
