Aloha Karen, <br />I won't be able to testify in person but would like to voice my support for <br />Community Plan 40. <br />I don't support Community Plan A because it eliminates a Hamakua council <br />representative. <br />It also divides the long established communities of Honokaa, Kukuihaele, Paauhau, <br />Paauilo, Ookala, Laupahoehoe, Ninole & Papaaloa.
