November3, 2011 <br />Commissioners: <br />I would like to state for the record that I favor Map 40 over Map A. I believe <br />it best represents the interests of the people of Waikoloa. <br />It keeps us in the same district with Waimea, a community that we are <br />economically and politically very similar to. Moving Waikoloa into a district <br />with north Iona does not make sense to me, as we have little in common <br />with Kona other than COSTO. <br />As I understand it, Map 40 is a nice compromise.
