Date: October 31, 2011 <br />To: Karen Eoff, Secretary <br />Hawaii County Redistricting Commission <br />Re: Testimony to the Redistricting Commission in favor of "Community Plan 40" <br />As a citizen of Hawaii County and resident of Hamakua, I am writing to request that the Hawaii <br />County Redistricting Commission select a redistricting plan that would retain a Council District for <br />Hamakua.
