AGAINST PLAN A <br />I am writing to let the commission know that that my family and I are very much against <br />Plan A as it currently stands. It would divide the Hamakua coast that we feel is our <br />greater community and, most importantly, diminish our representation. The Northern <br />half would be overwhelmed by Waimea's interests, and the Southern half by Hilo's <br />interests.
