Dear Commissioners, <br />I have been a resident of Honokaa since 1996 and I am deeply concerned about Plan A. <br />Any plan that splits our Hamakua Coast should not be voted for. We have a history of <br />agriculture and the issues facing Hamakua are different than those facing the other <br />districts. We need to keep all of the district together so that the Hamakua residents <br />receive full representation. <br />DO NOT SPLIT HAMAKUA.
