Aloha, <br />do not agree to splitting Waikoloa from Waimea in <br />the new redistricting plan. <br />Likewise Hamakua is it's own district and should not <br />be split between Hilo and Waimea. <br />Mahalo, <br />Kelly Barrick <br />COMM. 48.27 <br />
