Redistricting Plan for Hamakua <br />I am a 30 year resident of Kaapahu Homesteads and I urge you to please vote against <br />Plan A or any plan that would divide the Hamakua Coast. The issues and problems facing <br />Hamakua are very different from those of either Hilo or Waimea. We need a <br />representative on the council whose main interest is serving the unique needs of our <br />district.
