RE: Draft Plan A - Corrections to Puna <br />Commissioners <br />I included the greater Volcano area as well as the communities between Stainback Hwy and Hwy <br />11 as far toward Keaau as the numbers would allow. Because both Volcano and Kalapana were in <br />the same district, ignoring the mauka /makai preference, I did some shifting there too. Of course <br />these changes moved things around elsewhere - I tried to limit Hilo's north boundary to the <br />Wa i l u ku River. However, since I'm not as knowledgeable about the other districts I hope that <br />those commissioners will adjust any boundaries as needed. <br />aloha, <br />Rene <br />COMM. 48.32 <br />
