Puna is the largest growing area of the county, and we can <br />presume that over the next ten years it will continue to grow rapidly, and will need its own two council <br />representatives. <br />With Puna becoming bigger than Hilo, it seems only fair that Hilo relinquish one of its two seats in <br />favor of this new larger area. <br />Thank you for your time and attention <br />Heather McNeill <br />HPP <br />Puna <br />COMM. 51.7 <br />11/7/2011 <br />
