I'm attaching a revised .plan with those three <br />corrections made and graphics showing the three changes. <br />I've also replaced the default plan on redistricting. hawaii.gov to be your final draft as corrected. I've <br />named it "Hawaii Council — Commission Final Draft Plan — 10 Nov ". When users first start the application <br />they will now see that one listed in the opening list of plans to open. <br />Rod is working on the PDFs for the hard copy maps.
