CERMELJ: Aloha Madam Chair, and Committee members, Hope again, from <br />Kalapana, Black Sand Beach Subdivision. We, as a people, appreciate all your work and <br />again, I can't reiterate enough that if the State practice could be as good as you folks have <br />made it for us on the Big Island, maybe it would go smoother for the State Representatives <br />and Senators that will be running in 2012.
