I would like to suggest the <br />following as it relates to Council District 3. I suggest the following to maintain the <br />transportation, light industrial, commercial, and educational character of the existing 2001 <br />district in the redrawn 2011 district. As proposed, your plan would add part of a residential <br />component to an area which has not historically and traditionally been part of that community. <br />I apologize for not including maps of my suggestion, but include the following description with <br />hopes that it will suffice. <br />At the District 1 boundary: <br />South on Wainaku Street to Wailuku Drive; <br />West on Wailuku Drive to Ululani Street; <br />South on Ululani Street to Ponahawai Street <br />Westerly on Ponahawai Street to Komohana Street; <br />South on Komohana Street to Haihai Street; <br />East on Haihai Street to Kilauea Avenue; <br />South on Kilauea Avenue to Highway 11; <br />Continue on Highway 11 and Connect with Commission Draft Plan line of 11.01.2011 <br />I thank you for assistance in this matter.
