TO: Members of the Redistrict Commission,, for Hilo Meeting <br />RE: North to South boundaries lines for District 2 and District 3 <br />Keep the lines the same as before and don't go from the Ocean to the Mountain. <br />The commissioners in District 2 3 and 4, please keep the lines going "North to <br />South" as how it has always been. <br />You know that District 2 has always represented the "rural and urban" <br />communities. District 4 has always been the "mix district" and District 3 was mix <br />to because of Keaau. So why change it now, "KEEP District 2 RURAL/URBAN "and <br />"KEEP District 4 MIXED "! <br />Remember, Commissioners 2, 3 and 4, your job as commissioner is to put the best <br />plan for the "People" of Districts 2 and 3 in Hilo. <br />Use the following streets; either Komohana or Kapiolani Streets to divide Districts <br />2 and 3 and go North of Wailuku River to South to Keaau. <br />Please reconsider your changes and keep lines going North to South and <br />remember how this will affect the people of Hilo for the next 10 years. <br />Thank you, <br />COMM_ 51-56 <br />
