Viernes distributed the budget documents to the Executive Committee. The <br />program budget and final status report on program objectives are due by <br />November 1, 2011. The six month progress report is due by January 31, 2012. <br /> <br />N. Kelly said that instructions were given to submit a status quo budget. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />A.
