APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR SESSION MINUTES OF AUGUST 10, 2011 <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Mr. Balsis moved to accept the minutes, Mr. Heaukulani seconded the <br />motion, and all members voted aye. <br /> <br /> <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />a. Petition No. 2011-08: Officer’s request for an informal advisory opinion on <br />whether the officer may sit on a State of Hawai‘i board. <br /> <br />(Blanks indicate inaudible or indecipherable speech.) <br /> <br />MR. DILL: Councilman Onishi, thank you for taking the time to come today and for <br />petitioning us.
