From: Royce Jones [maiIto: rjones @esri.com] <br />Sent: Monday, December 19, 20113:43 PM <br />To: Eoff, Karen <br />Cc: Nakamoto, Pat <br />Subject: HCRC final maps <br />Aloha Karen, <br />This email confirms that Esri received the plan adopted by the Hawaii County Redistricting Commission <br />on November 30, 2011 as a .plan file named "FINAL Redistricting Plan.plan" as an attachment to an <br />email from Shyla Ayau sent at 2:55 pm HST on November 30, 2011. <br />Esri has delivered final maps and boundary descriptions to the Hawaii County Elections Division based <br />on the "FINAL Redistricting Plan.plan" adopted by the Hawaii County Redistricting Commission on <br />November 30, 2011. Two sets of maps, one for color printing and one for black and white printing, were <br />delivered. Each set contained one countywide map, nine district maps (one for each new council district), <br />and two detail maps. <br />In addition, Esri delivered boundary descriptions for each new council district using a metes and bounds <br />algorithm. These boundary descriptions were also based on the "FINAL Redistricting Plan.plan" adopted <br />by the Hawaii County Redistricting Commission on November 30, 2011.
