DRAFT (e) The impact fees and the administrative procedures established by this chapter shall be reviewed at least once every three (3) years. Section 36-15. Appeals. Any determination made by the impact fee administrator charged with the administration of any part of this chapter may be appealed to the County Council within thirty (30) days from the date of the decision appealed. Section 36-16. Violation. Furnishing false information on any matter relating to the administration of this chapter, including without limitation the furnishing of false information regarding the expected size, use, or impacts from a proposed development, shall be a violation of this chapter. Section 36-17. Effective date. The provisions of this chapter will take effect one year following the date of adoption of the ordinance creating this chapter.
