ANALYSIS OF FEE TYPES <br />This section analyzes the types of facilities for which impact f <br />There do not appear to be any technical obstacles to preparing impact fee studies for the facilities of <br />interest to the County, namely roads, parks, fire, police, solid <br />Roads <br />The 1998 HawaiÔi Long Range Land Transportation Plan , prepared by the State in association with the <br />County, identifies the islandÔs major transporta tion improvement needs to support anticipated growth <br />to the year 2020.
