Comment: But not sure <br />where money would come from. <br />ISSUE I: PROGRESSIVE RESIDENTIAL FEE <br />Hilo Group 2 <br />Summary of discussion: <br />Progressive residential fees: Yes-0, No-7 <br />Needs more study: Yes-0, No <br />Wrong measurement (family unit): Yes-8, No-0 <br />Flat Fee: Yes-6, No-0 <br />FINAL POLL: Do we agree with the recommendation? Calculate what you want, how funded. (i.e. impact fees, tax, etc.) <br />3)Current LOS (?) by tax revenues.
