But rather than having District 2, Hilo, encompass basically all of Saddle Road; and yes, I do understand that there is not population there, but I also think in terms of the County Council, there is a lot of respect for say infrastructure issues. Here it is Pohakuloa Base. So trying to sort of balance out that whole mauka area, Saddle Road, so that a portion of it would be included in a Hilo district, and a portion of it would be in District 8. So that was really the primary one. It also did the change for Mauna Lani. So other than supporting what Rene's plan does and making sure those numbers are correct over in the Puna area, that's all.
