KERN: One second. Jeff? So, Jeff, just to clarify, the original potential filing of a contested case was more so <br />withdrawn, they just wanted to submit their testimony? But then there was another contested case that came in <br />that was filed on time, that the fee is in there, and that person would like to move forward with having a <br />contested case? <br /> <br />DARROW: Correct; and they are present today. <br /> <br />KERN: Okay. <br /> <br />AU: Mr. Chair? You made mention that access to the proposed <br />tower would be through two properties? <br /> <br />DARROW: Well, what happens is it’s, when you look at this site plan, you have the actual special permit here <br />in this particular area. You’ll notice that there is an opening here and then it goes through these properties. It <br />comes around and then comes to this general location. <br /> <br />AU: So it looks like you need to go through four properties; and all four properties -. I’m sorry, the other three <br />properties besides the proposed property is owned by the Association? <br /> <br />DARROW: All properties. <br /> <br />AU: They’re all owned by the Association. <br /> <br />DARROW: Correct. <br /> <br />AU: And I’m assuming Association representatives are here. <br /> <br />DARROW: Correct. <br /> <br />AU: Okay, okay. <br /> <br />KERN: Any other questions for staff?
