Ms. Moon told the commissioners that they need to do write-ups for some of the properties on the <br />mura and Maulua Gulch to Ms. Markovich. <br /> <br />Mr. Brilhante asked Ms. Moon are they proposing to <br />make the draft report available for the public to comment or provide input prior to the next meeting. <br />He added that <br />suggested that they leave it as a work in progress. <br /> <br /> question never come up before. <br /> <br />Mr. Brilhante noted that Office of Information Practices, under the Sunshine Law, states that all <br />matters relating to the Commission should be made open to the public. I <br />version that will be considered for adoption it should be made available. If today the intent is to come <br />up with a final document then consideration should be made to make it available to the public before <br />the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Hirakami asked Mr. Brilhante if the report to the Mayor should be made available to the public. <br />Mr. Brilhante replied that this report does not include any decision making since an advisory <br />letter ie making up a rule, regulation or resolution. <br /> <br />Mr. Brilhante stated that your recommendation to the Mayor is a final decision of this board and as <br />part of the deliberation process of this board you have to consider public comment. <br /> <br />Mr. Hirakami then asked if the person that submitted Maulua Gulch, who is a realtor, sees it in <br />challenge like this. <br /> <br />Mr. Brilhante replied that anybody can come and say what they want but itCommission to <br />he would need to look into that. <br /> <br />finalizing the report today since Mr. Grace and Ms. <br />Hecht is not present to provide their input and comments. <br /> <br />(the commissioners continued their discussion as they reviewed the draft introduction for the annual <br />report) <br /> <br />Lunch: 12:26 p.m. <br />Reconvened: 12:58 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. Moon asked if the commissioners could give their write-ups to Ms. Kelepolo.
