APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR SESSION MINUTES OF AUGUST 10, 2011 <br /> <br />Motion and vote: Mr. Heaukulani moved to accept the minutes, Mr. Henricks seconded <br />the motion, and all members voted aye. <br /> <br /> <br />4. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />a. Petition No. 2011-09: Petition alleges a violation of Section 2-83 (Fair <br />Treatment) of the Code of Ethics by the Real Property Tax Division of the <br />County of Hawai‘i. <br /> <br /> <br />MR. DILL: Do we have anybody here for that? <br /> <br />MR. SITKO: Yes. <br /> <br /> <br />
